A love of food and decades of experience in the industry has led us to open our own shop with the intention of serving the food we like - simple, unpretentious, organic, and delicious.

Made by hand + in-house, our naturally leavened dough made with local, organic flour, in our wood fired oven, creates a thin pie with bubbly crust. Please don’t ask us to name our style; we simply make pizza.

All pies are hand stretched to be about 10”.

We believe pizza tastes better when it does good. We’re more than a take-out window — we’re a small crew with big love for our neighbors, our planet, and our city. From the dough we ferment to the causes we support, everything we do is about community.

We’re proud to work with local farmers. Our organic sourdough and seasonal ingredients don’t just make better pizza — they strengthen local food systems. We choose compostable packaging and reduce waste, because Wilmington deserves clean streets, healthy soil, and a bright future.

Every pie we serve, every item we sell, and every event we attend is rooted in that same belief: pizza is for everyone.

Every month, we donate a portion of our proceeds to a non-profit/business (local preferred). Please know every purchase you make is truly making a difference. Current non-profit:

World Central Kitchen is first to the frontlines, providing fresh meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises. WCK has been important to us over the years; an organization that we have seen grow from a dream that our former employer, Chef Jose Andres, had to the powerhouse of aid for those in need across the globe today.

In our opinion (and many others), it’s about time this awkward clash of power, money, judgement, and work has been removed from the industry. If you do insist on leaving a bit of cash, we will know you appreciate what we do and that money will be divided equally among all employees, both kitchen and counter.

Another new pizza special on this week. It’s no secret we love our chicories. We also love a good salad pizza, especially this time of year. This one has both, simple and delicious, just the way we like it. We aren’t redesigning the w
BECSPK, a classic NY breakfast Sammie. Not on the menu…yet, but if it’s your thing just ask. Bacon, Egg, Cheese, Salt, Pepper, Ketchup, we hit with some good butter and kicked up the ketchup with our fermented chili paste.
It’s a great weekend for pizza, wine and patio time. Come hang in the alley way. It’s especially nice this time of day. You can top the evening off with best soft serve in town and a nice stroll around the @thecargodistrict

New favorite pizza, not just on our menu, but anywhere. Simple, classic, delicious. This one might stick around all summer long. Deliciously salty Sicilian anchovies balanced by fresh lemony agrumato and Lemon zest, topped with cool rich burrata.
