It’s hard—so hard—this food industry thing we do, but somewhere in between the late-nights, the applications of burn cream, and listening to hundreds of opinions on one recipe, we are reminded:

we love serving you - simple, meaningful, and delicious pizza and soft serve.

We do what we do because we love pizza, but also because after decades in the industry we wanted to do things our way in our own brick and mortar. Opening salita has been a collection of “oh sh*ts” and more delays than we can count, but in the end, it is all worth it for we know a little bit of magic happens when we can find joy in the challenges — when the ordinary becomes art. And that art becomes memories.
